We reply within 24 business hours with everything you need to ship the item back.

Refund or exchange
Once we receive and check the item, we issue your refund or ship your replacement.

- Order number (e.g. #1234, found in your confirmation email)
- Full name
- Email address used for the order
- Product you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Refund or exchange
- Photos of the product and its packaging (and of any defect)
- Any additional notes
Clear photos taken in good light help us approve your request faster.
